This beautifully converted stable is located at the end of an unenclosed gravelled drive and is surrounded by stone walls trees and shrubs. It sits beyond the owner s house and outbuildings of the former farm. The property is conveniently located on the lane to the neighbouring village and beach of Seatown and is within walking distance (300 yards) of a pub and local shop. A 7-mile drive down the coast will take you to Lyme Regis a popular tourist destination where you can visit the Marine Aquarium Dinosaurland Fossil Museum or even try your hand at a spot of deep-sea fishing (season and weather permitting). There are a number of local walks some of which are on the fossil trails and you can even visit Monmouth Beach (7 miles) to view some impressive fossils on the beach.
