The Guide section of Dorset.net is intended only as an introduction to the area. While we want to give some idea of what Dorset has to offer, we also want to leave it to the visitor to discover things for themselves. Dorset had a large number of villages, many with interesting quaint names, but it is not within our remit to feature them all here.
